Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within [14–30] days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

Exchanges For a different size or colour, contact us at hello@maison-jetaime.com to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items Pre-order and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Contact us within [7 days] of delivery at hello@maison-jetaime.com if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, and we'll make it right.
